Start your holiday weekend with Liberty Road Band at the Commons! They play the best classic rock songs from the 60’s to today – the music people know & love.

In light of the on-going COVID situation, we will be making sure that all who attend are observing CDC recommendations while on the plaza: All will be required to wear a mask except when eating; and all members of your household/group will be required to maintain social distance of 6+ feet from other groups. Thanks for your cooperation and patience as we all do our best to navigate a re-opened world.

Enjoy dinner on one of the restaurant patios or get take-out and find a spot on the plaza.

We are kicking off our Friday music series with the one and only Out of Order! This local band’s vast repertoire means that EVERYONE attending will enjoy the music whether it’s classic rock, pop, big band, or alternative. Their lively mix includes popular covers and original favorites their fans have come to love.

Story & Craft Time at The Common Kitchen POSTPONED

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED. WE’LL ANNOUNCE THE NEW DATE AS SOON AS IT’S SCHEDULED.

Join us at The Common Kitchen for Story & Craft Time with local children’s author-illustrator Joan Waites. Ms. Waites will read from her book, “A Colorful Tail” and lead a fun craft after the reading.

Joan Waites Is an award winning author-illustrator, with more than 45 titles published for the children’s trade and educational markets and now operates her own art teaching studio for children. Her third author/illustrated picture book, A PURR-FECT PAINTING will be released in early 2021.

Easter Egg Hunt – POSTPONED

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED. We hope to reschedule it, even if out of season, but don’t yet know when that will be.

Our second annual Easter Egg Hunt in partnership with the Moms Club of Clarksville!

Children eight years old and under are invited to hunt for eggs and then exchange them for a goodie bag of (allergen-free) treats.

The Easter Bunny will appear shortly after 1pm and will be available for photos and mingling until 3pm.

Unicorn Day at the Commons POSTPONED

MARCH 13 UPDATE: DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS SITUATION, THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED. Our intention is to reschedule it later this year.

March 3rd update: Unicorn rides are SOLD OUT.

Join us for our second annual Unicorn Day with real live unicorn rides* and other fanciful fun on the plaza!

Unicorn rides are $5 and pre-registration is required. To keep everyone’s experience happy and minimize your time in line, please purchase your ticket(s) for one of the half-hour time windows available. When you check in you’ll receive a coupon for $5 off a minimum purchase of $10 at any Commons merchant.

In addition to rides, Kupcakes & Co. and Scoop & Paddle Ice Cream Company will offer amazing unicorn treats; Northrop Realty, A Long & Foster Company will provide an abundance of bubbles; and Vanguard Orthodontics will provide face painting!

*Unicorn rides are only for children who weigh 85 pounds or less.

Earth Day Celebration – CANCELLED

Due to the corona virus situation, this event has been cancelled.

Come out for our third annual Earth Day celebration!

Once again, we’ll fill the plaza with eco-minded businesses, vendors, and non-profit groups.

For the first time, this year we’ll be showing several of Patagonia’s eco-themed documentary shorts in our Community Room. Movie times coming soon!
