Halloween Kids Yoga

Monsters, werewolves, and witches oh my!
Join Andie Montier, local mom and yoga teacher, for a spooky and fun-filled Halloween kids yoga adventure on the plaza at the Commons!

In this 40 minute class (ideal for ages 3-8) we will connect to our breath and our bodies through movement, games and music.

Participants should bring a yoga mat, water and sun protection.
Cost is $5 per child.
Costumes are welcome and encouraged as long as they can move freely!

Trick or Treating on the Plaza

Come out to the Commons during the farmers market for some Halloween fun!

To celebrate the fun of Halloween, the market vendors, Vanguard Orthodontics, The Common Kitchen, Medomak Camp, the Stephanie McClellan Team of Northrop Realty, Victoria & Albert, Pivot, and Bach to Rock will be offering treats to those is costume! And the Maryland Tesla Owners Club will be offering “frunk or treat” fun from their cars.

The Tesla owners will also be collecting non-perishable foods for the Community Action Council food bank.

Put together your best costume and join us on the plaza!

Music Jam on the Plaza

Local musicians, join us around the outdoor fireplace for an evening of casual jamming sponsored by Everett Jewelers!

All instruments, all ages, and all skill levels are very welcome – this friendly gathering is to have fun and encourage one another. Please bring a few songs with simple chord structures that others can easily play along with. Musicians will take turns playing lead lines along with the rhythms.

The group gathers every second and fourth Thursday, weather permitting.
