Gentle Yoga taught by Sue Bae
Join us on the grassy circle on the plaza for outdoor yoga!
This gentle yoga class will include fundamental principles of alignment and gentle breath in the basic yoga postures. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles.
No previous yoga experience needed.
Please bring a yoga mat or towel & any yoga props you need to be comfortable.
