Farmers Market – November 9
The end of the regular farmers market season is on the horizon, but we still have a couple great weeks to go!

Everything sold at our market is grown, raised, or made in the Chesapeake region. You’ll find local produce, meats, eggs, sweet and savory treats, locally grown flowers, interesting beverages, and handmade crafts.
The Commons is pleased to be partnering with Maryland Money Market again this year. MMM matches SNAP and FMNP benefits for purchases at the market – with matching up to $30 per person per market day.

Local Boy Scouts will be offering pre-orders for holiday wreaths, roping, and poinsettias from a regional nursery. Pick up of ordered items will be in early December.
Our friends from Beyond Rhetoric will join us on the plaza to share about their work with young people in Maryland’s juvenile detention centers.
Local musician Janine Wilson will perform during the first half of this week’s market.
