Belly Dancing Class & Koshary Lunch

January 1, 1970
11am - 12pm

Koshary by Misteka in the Common Kitchen and AAA Physical Therapy are joining forces to offer the community a new Path to Wellness Program where eating healthy and staying active is both fun and delicious!

Join us for a unique Egyptian experience through Belly Dance, also known as “Oriental Dance.” The dance consists of complex movements of the torso that focuses on core & hip muscles and is generally performed barefoot. This low impact exercise can help relieve back and joint pain, increase bone density, help lose weight and reduce stress levels. After class, you get to enjoy one of our delicious plant-based meals.

Classes will take place in the Community Room at Clarksville Commons on the second and fourth Saturday of the month at 11 am. Meals will be picked up at Koshary inside the Common Kitchen, also at Clarksville Commons. Space is limited; buy tickets in advance to reserve your spot.

Introductory price of $9.99 for the first three classes: Jan. 26, Feb. 9, and Feb. 23. Buy tickets HERE or at Koshary.

The ticket price gets you:

A 10-minute healthy living tip by one of AAA Physical Therapy’s professional trainers, the 45-minute class, and a regular size koshary or salad bowl after class.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
